This was the ammo dump directly across the road from Camp Horn. On September 6, 1969, this dump was hit by enemy 122mm rockets. The resulting explosions rocked Camp Horn. The III MAF Band was at the time in defensive reactionary posture only a few hundred yards away, having rallied there after the initial rocket attack at 0150 during which a rocket struck just outside the Band barracks.
